This is a Div Layers layout, it featres Mitsuki from Full Moon wo Sagashite. Its very blue and purple layout and very light colored as well (i usually only do dark colored layouts). If you have any problems with this layout or want me to add something to it for you I will be more than happy to do it for you if you just ask.
