This is a frames layout it features Gir from Invader Zim. This is a very small layout and I don't think it would work good for a big site. The navigetion are the the little numbers above Gir. And as with Most frames layouts if you put enough contect in one of the frames it will scroll. The scrollbar on the index.html frame scrolls at the bottom and not at the side, don't try to fix it it's supposto be like that.
