This is a frames layout and it features Sakura from Cardcaptors. There are 2 navigation areas one is an image map and is on the right side of the conent, to change those open the index.html file in notepad or another text editor and change the http://Your_link_here to a link that you would like and change the alt area that says Link to whatever you would like. The second navigation is on the top of the content area. And as with Most frames layouts if you put enough contect in one of the frames it will scroll.
